about

For the past two years, Sam Black has been asked by The Barefoot Players, a Sussex based theatre company, to score numerous plays. Starting off with a Nanokey and blind hope for 2011's The Snow Queen, and finishing as The Fifth Beatle in 2012's Hedda Gabler, The Barefoot Players have given Sam ample opportunity to mess around, and as such are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused. All profits go direct to the Barefoot Players for their fundraising initiative.

The Barefoot Players can be found at www.barefootplayers.co.uk, on Twitter at @barefootplayers, and on Facebook. They also cordially invite you to visit the tumblr page for their latest performance, Christopher Marlowe’s Doctor Faustus, which will be staged in Brighton in February 2013, at barefootfaustus.tumblr.com

Sam Black can be found on Soundcloud at soundcloud.com/samblack-1 where he uploads the rest of his musical detritus, including songs and demos from his upcoming album, The Globe.
